Hello KHS volunteers!
KHS is jumping right into the holiday season with a Black Friday Adoption event. I don’t know if you have seen the publicity from one of our junior volunteers, Madison (Madi) Bell, but she is working on a Girl Scout program and educating folks about the Black Dog Syndrome. Madi and her supporters had a booth at Woofstock educating everyone that stopped by about this syndrome. They have created the Black Dog Club and t-shirts that are for sale in our retail store. They have helped to organize the Black Friday Adoption Event as well. You might have seen Madi on the news lately. She has done a fabulous job! This event will include discounts on all companion animals.
All black animals will be FREE.
All other animals will be 25% off.
We need your help in pulling this event off. We will have 2 shifts throughout the day. Don’t forget Friday is our long/late day and we are open from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
