Hello KHS Volunteers!
With so many feline residents at our shelter, the KHS has decided to hold another Priceless Purrs event instead of Cat Independence Days. Priceless Purrs will take place on Saturday, June 30th, from 11-1p. During this event, all of our cats and kittens will be $0.00!! As we experienced during last years’ Priceless Purrs events, numerous potential adopters will come in hopes to find a new life long companion. We will need several volunteers to help this event run successfully. Come and help us find our feline friends their forever homes!
You can click on the ‘Priceless Purrs June 30th’ link on the right hand side of the page. You will then be able to view the volunteer position descriptions and the filled/unfilled positions. You will not be able to sign up at this blog.

• Felines of any age (including kittens) will have a $0.00 adoption fee.
• Adoption hours from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 30th
• Volunteers for this event will need to be at the shelter by 10:30am and could stay potentially until 2pm
